Reflexology is the practice of using specific hand techniques to apply pressure to reflex points in your hands and feet. The benefits of this practice are countless! Reiki uses gentle hand techniques for relaxation and to promote healing throughout the body. I also specialize in personal and small group training, specifically for women.
